You may not have Quicktime 7 installed.

  • All previous Quicktime versions will not function with H.264 movies. For this reason, you must download the Quicktime 7 plugin.

Permission may be required.

You may have permission, but your email was not validated.

  • After you signup, you should've immediately received an email with instructions to verify your email address. You must verify your email before access is allowed.
  • If after you signed up, you did not receive an email message then please notify Armando to correct this problem.

Permission may have expired.

  • You may have exceeded your time limit for accessing the movies. Check the email message that was sent to you after your signup, this would have your time allowance.

Connection may be too slow

  • If you have a very slow connection then the time to downlaod the movie may take a great while. In this case, You can wait patiently or use a faster connection. Check your connection speed here:

Your browser may be incompatible

  • Most popular browsers will work with the security system of this site. On the rare occasions when an unusual browser is used you may find that you cannot play the movies. To solve this problem just try using another browser like Internet Explorer, Safari, Netscape or Firefox.

Your firewall may not allow access

  • Most firewalls will not interfere with this security system. However, some company firewalls will not allow you to access this secured site. Check to see if you are behind a firewall with special permission requirements. Then obtain the permissions or turn off the firewall.
  • Or to test it, you may try connecting with a different computer that has a different internet service provider.

Are you having trouble signing up?

  • Signup is only valid with real email addresses from real domains. Nonexistent emails will not function here. After you signup, you should immediately receive an email asking you to verify your email. Don't forget to verify your email.

If you had not experienced any previous problems until now then...

  • Try clearing your cookies in your current browser. This may be all you need to reset your browser to accept your username and password. This will only work if your username and password are up to date.
